Take a deep dive into your inner landscape through this transformative, expansive and alchemical training. Joined by the highly skilled and devoted teachers: Tara Greer, Kelly Day, Andrew Misle, Miles K and Laura Martini - Embodied Essence is designed to take you into the depths of yourself, unravelling layers of old outdated programming and bringing you into a deeper feeling of alignment with your true nature.
Life inherently is a journey - from the moment we take our first breath we are exposed to experiences, karmas and conditions that shape our inner worlds in such a way that can transform the way in which we perceive the outer.
The word essence can be described as the ultimate and truest nature of an individual. It is expressed as being raw, unaltered and intrinsic.
The title “Embodied Essence” was birthed from the exquisite experience one can have from simply landing in the quality of their being. When we learn to accept and embrace all that we are, layer by layer we can begin the journey of unlearning all that we are not and embark on the path we were always meant to live. This journey is dedicated to the one that leads you back into the home within yourself.
Through the combination of yoga, meditative practices and tools for self study and development, you will learn how to activate your inner healer, how to trust yourself and how to stand in your values as a human being - embracing the unique blueprint and purpose you came here to serve.
This training has been thoughtfully curated to include traditional Pranayama and meditative practices, asana, philosophy, anatomy and modern day tools for self study. Through the blend of these modalities intertwined with the building of a foundational practice, each module will leave you with a deeper understanding of the principles of Yoga, tools for self regulation and self reflection, and a stronger sense of your greater purpose in life. Our intention in creating this container is to empower you to bring forward your message, your gifts and your vision in this life. Everyone has a unique song to sing and a destiny to walk - this training will help you to learn how to express that song authentically and rooted in power.
We wish to invite not only those who intend to become yoga teachers, but anyone who is looking to deepen their relationship to themselves, their practice and their own unique purpose.
