Brand new to yoga? Feeling unsatisfied with your regular fitness routine? Want to become grounded, centered and more focused? This 8-week workshop series is designed specifically for the absolute beginner or anyone wanting a step-by-step review of the basics! In 8 progressive weeks, you will walk away with a strong foundation in the fundamentals of yoga, breathing, relaxation and alignment in the basic and most frequently taught yoga postures.
