About the event

Who are you underneath your past conditioning, your pain or your challenges? Would you like to deepen your connection to your innate wholeness - who YOU are underneath that which defines you?

This TOSA Healing Journey with Keli Carpenter will bring focus to the power of somatic processes to heal trauma, relieve stress and end cycles of pain.

When you learn to process, integrate and surrender your obstacles, stuckness and traumas you find that life is actually lighter than your stories and attachments. In fact, life is calling you forth to move into presence, reframe your past and experience the richness and magic that life has to offer.

TOSA Healing Journeys have a unique way of assisting the clearing and integration of emotional, physical and energetic blockages, opening you to greater grace, fulfilment and presence in your life.

Would you like to be supported in the process of rewriting your story and reclaiming your inner strength, vitality and liberation?

Join Keli for this TOSA Healing Journey and unlock the ten essential somatic processes so that you can witness the YOU that is unchanged, infinite and empowered!

When you use these somatic processes to embody presence, you find that you can not be bent by your human experience, but rather, you embrace challenges as your catalyst to awakening to who you really are. And liberate yourself from suffering.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW/BRING:

We will start with a round of sharing, exploration on the ten somatic processes, followed by a 50 min conscious breathwork session, and end with an open share.

Bring a water bottle, journal and pen, a blanket and layered clothing.
