About the event

This candlelight meditation practice is about re-connecting to yourself, your heart, mother

earth. Nowadays, we are disconnected from ourselves, with an average tentative focus of

about 15 seconds. We have so many distractions in our life, it becomes difficult to pause,

stop and breathe consciously, take a moment to love and take care of ourselves and pay

attention to what  surrounds us. When we have nothing to do, we become fidgety, grabbing

our phone, scrolling thru activity, even when there is nothing interesting on it. But here we

are, back on it again! We are like a hamster in a cage, spinning in our wheel. Our stress level

is thru the roof! Our Sympatic Nervous System (SNS) is always turned ON during our

waking hours - from the time we wake-up, until we go to bed… and sometimes, even while

trying to sleep. What if we reset everything? What if we slow down for a bit? What would

happen? While the world is spinning, let’s take the time to discover what is inside us?

What we are experiencing right now is not new. The polarity of the north and south, the

positive and negative, the yin and yang, the feminine and masculine. If we are so

disconnected from ourselves, how can we hope to understand each other and ourselves?

Rather than opposition, let’s try to fill our heart with more love, balance and harmony.

Let’s consciencly choose to be happy and serene today. We don’t need anything else than

what we already have. Let’s connect to the happiness that resides inside us.

This meditation practice is developed for you to rediscover the peace and stillness inside

your mind and body, to practice self-nurturing to become a conduit for love.

In our own uniqueness. let’s get together to raise positive vibes.
